Hi, I’m Kevin, frontman and principle songwriter for The Jokers. We’re a four-piece, genre-bending GenX/GenY band based in Durango and performing across Southwest Colorado and Northwest New Mexico. The Jokers are committed to one principle, first and foremost: Play original rock-n-roll that hits hard, moves people, and actually says something; like when music really mattered.
In a region filled with talented cover bands and acoustic acts, The Jokers bring something very different to the local music scene — a legit, full on rock band experience built on original songwriting, dynamic live energy, and decades of combined stage experience.
Meet the Band
Kevin – Vocals & Songwriter
Kevin drives the creative vision of The Jokers. As the primary songwriter and frontman, he blends sharp lyrical perspective with a Gen-X rock sensibility rooted in authenticity rather than trend-chasing. His focus: write great songs that stand up on their own, then bring them to life on stage.
Mike – Bass
A familiar name in the Durango music community, Mike has been anchoring stages across the Four Corners for over a decade. He has played with well-known regional acts like Formula-151 and brings seasoned musicianship and a rock-solid foundation to The Jokers’ sound.
Jackson – Lead Guitar
Jackson delivers tone, texture, and fire. Whether it’s melodic phrasing or explosive leads, his playing gives the band its dynamic lift. Jackson is the element that pushes songs from solid to unforgettable in a live setting.
Ben – Drums
The newest member of The Jokers, Ben steps in with deep regional experience of his own. Like Mike, he has performed in established Four Corners bands including Formula-151 and The Bar-D Wranglers. His tight, driving style adds both precision and power, elevating the band’s live energy and locking in a rhythm section built on years of shared stage time.
